Prepare instruments for magazine reviews and/or artist products to a high standard. Evaluate instruments for warranty claims. Assist all sales and service staff to ensure correct spare parts are provided to dealers. Maintain accurate records of repairs using our returns database. Speak to dealers and end users to explain repairs and provide customer service. Carry out repairs to faulty/damaged FMIC stringed instruments to fulfil our warranty obligations. The Guitar Technician will also be responsible for preparing goods for review to a high standard. The Guitar Technician will be responsible for the repair of all incoming stringed instruments as well as providing technical information and advice to customers and staff members.
